  • Deployed MuleSoft as middleware between BTP applications and external telecom and logistics APIs (REST/JSON, OAuth2), enabling real-time provisioning flows between field operations and S/4HANA without point-to-point coupling.
  • Defined the XSUAA security architecture: 10+ custom roles, scope propagation between approuter and CAP services, and runtime feature flags by role and country.
  • Architected the integration layer: SAP CPI iFlows for ECC process orchestration, OData services, OpenText ECM, Salesforce CRM (OAuth2) and Microsoft 365 Graph API via BTP Destination and Connectivity.
