The name
Paripax comes from Latin: pari (equal) and pax (peace). Put together: while there is equality, there is peace. It is my motto and my nickname, and the test I apply to teams, events and products alike — does everyone get a fair seat at the table?
Book in progress
A book I am writing about building businesses that are economically, socially and ecologically sustainable, using my own ventures — including their mistakes and learnings — as a proof of concept. Selected chapters will be shared here for feedback.
Vision
The vision: the first festival that is both economically and ecologically self-sustaining — one that pays its way and leaves the land better than it found it. Details soon.
